if the excedrin made you feel better you are def. having caffine headaches and are probably dehydrated. excedrin has caffine in it. i would try to quit caffine before doing another cleanse.

i havent done a live flush yet. i am kinda scared of it.
you should do a parasite cleanse before a liver flush. some people are fine without that though. fasting does create stones so it wouldnt be a bad thing. plus you just cleansed your bowels so there is less for the stones to stick in on the way out. its all up to what you want to do.
