Hi everybody,

I just joined this group, I believe I need help urgently.
I am in pain, have been in the past few weeks, but it is getting much sharper as of today, feels like by the minute. I would appreciate if the experienced people would give me advice. I am listing some details below to give you overall picture.
• Gallstones confirmed for more than 15 years. Last September on shoulder MRI was noted I have gallstones.
• I have done about 10-15 flushes, had no more pain. Neglected maintenance in the last 2 years - have not done flushes since March 2015.
• Did a Liver Flush on 06-12-17, probably most unsuccessful one, but still saw about 15 pea size stones and the million tiny stuff.
• Usually after a flush I feel great and rejuvenated, but not this time. Pain is getting worst and I need advice. I planned to have few weeks on Chanca Piedra, which I just ordered, but I don't think I can wait. Went to Hot Yoga class last night, after more than 8 months of absence from exercise (shoulder and back problems after injury) and wonder if that stirred things up.

I usually take 3 times the ES amount and 1.5 the Oil, but last time decided to stick to the original Dr. Clark’s amounts. I take diluted ACV instead of apple juice and that also usually relieved pain, but it does not seem to be working now. I have not eaten yet today (3:45 pm now in US)
• Drank today only water, diatomaceous earth (DE), few drops Wormwood , ACV, and 1 tsp of home grinded cloves. Not seeing any signs of parasites at the moment, about 10 day on DE.

I think this pain is getting sharper by the minute and wonder if I should do another flush today? I think I read years ago Dr. Clark's comment that it is ok to do a flush before 2 weeks if in pain, but cannot find that tread now.
