I found out that my kidneys are functioning 100% and not damaged. It was a misreading of my test.
Are the enemas after the Liver Flush necessary? I don’t have an enema bag and the thought of doing them kind of puts me off.

Do you take all those herbs between cleanses? That sounds like a lot.

Yes, I am making a green juice once a day and will be adding beets to it.

I wanted to knock out parasites and bowel cleansing in one step, so I’m thinking of doing the Colonix program for 3 months. It has milk thistle and turmeric in it.
