Seems like you've gotten the essentials right.
I do work with a Naturopath in San Anselmo, CA who has been very helpful. Let me know if you want his info. I listen to him but do my own research.
He diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and the treatment helped a lot with fatigue. Also adrenal fatigue. We both believe that the parasites may have been attacking those organs since I have improved a lot in that area since eliminating parasites. My Naturopath works off of symptoms, not just off of tests as so many western doctors do. I had been previously tested for thyroid but the tests said I was OK.
I was also low on Vit D but that has improved significantly with the intake of a liquid form and now that I have done some chemical chelation, it has improved again. Vit D is actually a hormone, so the cluster of symptoms, thyroid, adrenals and Vit D tells me that something is disrupting the entire endocrine system. So I also avoid known endocrine disrupting chemicals and eat a vegan diet, as animals are a huge source of contaminants.
In terms of what works, I think it depends on what you have, what you have done, how many parasites you have (total body burden) and just trial and error.
I have a protocol on my blog. It is the first posting. You have to scroll backwards to get to it. I am a big believer in mechanical as well as chemical means of eliminating parasites as well as detoxing. I also like food as a natural anti-parasitic and consider it an integral part of a cleanse.
Give up on the western doctors. Stop wasting your money. They are totally clueless about parasites and suffer from cognitive dissonance about them.
