what's the best way to take it? I've heard so many different things (& I've tried chewing a whole raw clove while I'm doing parasite herbs but I can only rlly manage to eat 1 clove & I get indigestion & bad breath from even that). Are caps as good & if so, garlic or garlic oil caps? Also, is it as effective if it's cooked or made into a tea?
