My opinion is that it's a parasite of some sort and at this point I consider hyphal candida parasitic because we are its host and it's feeding from us.

If you click on my name, I've posted a few pics of hyphal stage Candida. Long string like strands.

What are you using to get them out? What you are using can help figure out what they are.
