Couldn't do without my daily Papaya fix :) It seems to work against candida and parasites. Not sure if it's a cure, but it eases my symptoms.

Never had avocado before, but I hear good things about them. Healthy fats etc. I guess it depends how much fat you're already consuming. I eat a fair amount of fish, nuts, and yogurt so my fat content is already high. It's cool that you've got your own tree though :)

The gurgling is caused by the castor oil from my experience. Strong laxative and all that..

Turpentine is supposedly great for asthma/bronchitis/sinuses. I noticed improvement in my breathing almost instantly.

I'll be trying the frozen capsules after finishing full course of turpentine. Lots of parasites live around that valve area according to that medical journal I posted.
