Hi there. I hope I can help you. I've figured out that one notch on the Horse Paste handle is about 50 lbs., so you can use that to judge how much to take.

In the meantime, I have pretty much the same thing, and what has helped me is to mix castor oil 50/50 with tea tree oil and put it on your face at night. They are more active at night, so it hits them harder. During the day (because tea tree oil smells weird), put a thin film of coconut oil on your skin if you can. I don't know if you're male or female, but coconut oil is a great moisturizer. I put it on, then wait about 30 minutes to let it soak in, then wipe off the excess before applying makeup.

The tea tree oil is the key. It is potent against parasites on your skin. I had a horrible case of scabies and made it a lot better by slathering this stuff all over my body every night for a couple of months.
