How do you "Burn more calories while riding a bus"

It sounds more appropriate to exit from the bus or metro one or several stops earlier .... that way you will be definitively burning more calories while still using the buss for the longer distances ....


And instead of "Enjoy eating with a friend." you are more likely to loose weight if you "Enjoy walking with a friend?"
