It seems to be the concenus opinion, that keeping things "moving" through your bowels is essential to ridding parasites - lots if different opinons on whether holistic cleansing is the sole path to take versus chemical/meds.

My opinion is get after the parasites quickly and as intensly as possible.

You can always try prunes !
