I'm starting a parasite cleanse next week. I ordered a natural herb cleanse that not only rids your body of all parasites in all stages of life, but also supports your bowels, kidney and liver. You don't have to do enema's with it, but it's said to help. I don't think I could handle doing an enema. I have 2 children and 7 people in my household and don't have the time and space to do them. I also have pretty bad anxiety and can't stomach the idea of them. I still want to ensure I am flushing my system though. What are some alternatives to enemas? I am slightly constipated from the parasites in my body, but I still go every day.
