Nope, I don't feel a worm-like movement anywhere throughout my body. I actually got tested to see if I had any parasites in the past and it turns out I don't have anything in it.

Only thing I can come up with is that I've had constipation for as long as I can remember, with a few days where I can go without having to strain before returning to straining soon afterwards.
