Thank you for the info here. I tried DE after reading this thread, and just wanted to report that I didn't see any positive or negative effects from it. I definitely didn't see any parasites come out, and I am sure that I have them along with candida and other toxic infections. I've seen the parasites come out in the past, but DE didn't seem to have any effect. I took 2 tablespoons a day for 3 weeks before deciding that it wasn't going anywhere so I've discontinued use. I am growing closer and closer to the philosophy of "less is more" when treating dis-ease. I think we need to focus less on finding something to ingest that will cure us and more on sticking with the balanced diet that works best for us (whether it be Candida diet, paleo, what have you). Anyway, that's my 2 cents - DE seems to be pretty benign in my opinion, but worth a shot I suppose if you are so inclined.
