I'm sure you clarified things for many of us, including me!
I was taking the P&B while on the Master-Cleanse but will now wait until my Master-Cleanse is over and start a 10 day juice fast ading the P&B with no SWF!!
What about taking the Bentonite alone?

I am interested in the parasite cleanse another member mentioned!
HOw do yo do this, what products do I need?

What other kinds of cleanses can I do directly after the Master-Cleanse for optimal benefits?
Please name them and exactly what is involved and what products you use!
I've been learning aobut probiotics...

I am a 36 year old vegan, high raw - will go 100% for the summer - hopefully longer!
I have no health problems - I lift weights 4-5 X's a week and run marathons...

Just wondering..I am on day 7. should I wait for my tongue to turn pink b4 starting my juice and P&B cleanse? I am ok going over 10 days if need be..

Hell I thought I was healthy as a vegan, but raw food..THAT is where it is at!!
