Hello! My naturopath recommended an enenma for parasite removal and healing in relation to food sensitivity , immune problems, and support for other issues I have going on. I have been gluten free for 8 years and come to find out I'm not even allergic my guts are just too messed up!
I have been taking Bentonite clay for about 2mos (1oz about 3 times a day), and haven't really noticed any changes, except that I feel like I'm walking around with a bunch of clay in my belly. So this afternoon, after much research and fear I did my first enema, warm (like 103) salt water and about 1qt of water, in the bag. I was expecting a whole bunch of nasty, but all the came out was some oily brown water and some hard poops! Did I do something wrong? Should I have done more?
My plan was to start a probiotic/fermented/juice cleanse diet for like a week and then do a coffee enema.
Any suggestions or insight would be so helpful! Thank you in advance!
