I had 4 negative SIBO breath tests over the course of 5 yrs. Doctors found b;asto amd e.histo parasites and my stool samples always show yeast and few beneficial bacteria. ubiome test showed low bifido and lacto. i also just did the Smartgut test from ubiome and no m.smithi was present. my symptoms are constipation, severe bloat every other day, geographic tongue and Histamine Intolerance , im 30 lbs underweight and surviving on 6 foods now. about to start killing the parasites with meds then nystatin for candida. now im doing biofilm eradication for 2 weeks. just started monolaurin and biofilm enzymes. problem is i believe the die off is flaring up my histamine problem. also whenever i take even tiny amounts of prebiotic fiber, beans, crucifers, fodmaps or fructose i bloat up pretty badly. appreciate any insight. thanks
