except the cats claw and Cascara Sagrada.
although I have taken those 2 herbs a couple of times it is mainly the 3 main herbs... cloves, Wormwood , and Black-Walnut powder. I also have the green walnut hull tincture and I have added that to boost at times. plus diatomaceous earth and psyllium fiber. and I have been doing this for 15 days now. and I did Clarks Bowel Cleanse before this for 3 weeks.
So a couple days ago I upped my dose of all the herbs and I have started to see some interesting results in the toilet. here they are..NOTE: I did have some undigested food come with this as well. some lettuce, olives, pepper pieces possibly. I also ate onions and sliced tomatoes but didnt see the latter 2.
I am most concerned about the long stringy things. they were pretty tough and seemed very round for its entire length. they were mixed in well with the fecal matter. in one picture you can see one of them broken open with contents inside... at least thats what it seemed to be.
what could this be?
