Just a small update. With the good liver food and really focusing 200% on chewing it seems less normal foods end up in my stool. This way, it is easier to see if I really have parasites versus undigested foods.
I've started the parasite cleanse since this week, and made sure my stool was changed to daily instead of once per 3 days. Very strange how its consistency is like diarhee but contains hard pieces of stool. Also the 'farm-animal' smell seems to be stronger. I feel like I'm reducing the population, be it bad bacteria or parasites (tapeworm or liver flukes f.e.)
