Honestly it's best to save up the money needed for the magnesium oil. I've noticed each time I've durunk Epsom Salts I've had a tough time the next day because of feeling somewhat drunk and confused.
Folk who have undergone a good parasite cleanse might have a better reaction. If you're having a hard time with parasite cleansing, pushing out heavy metals with healthy eating may be the way to go.
Epsom Salts , magnesium sulfate, is a powerful fertalizer, and can contribute to bacterial overgrowth in the body thanks to that!
The one good magnesium source that has never given me side effects is grabbing nettles, dandylion leaf, goutweed from my garden, boiling it lightly and having a big drink of the strained leaves.
Alternative of course is fresh spinach, ruccola (rocket), or any other dark dark green salad leaf!
Honestly I do use epsom sulfate in enema water or in a small drink with a pinch of borax or iodine, but after the first few times drinking it in the quantities reccommended for a Hulda Clark -style liver flush, no-thanka-you.
I use my Epsom Salt in bathwater or footsoaks, because it's a huge relaxer. :-) Pharmacists will tell you that the body does not soak up the magnesium sulfate because the molecule is too big to fit through the skin's magnesium-receptor pores, but I dun' set my clock by that idea. You're going to get the magnesium in somehow, even if it's in a wonky formulation.
Y'write magnesium oil is too 'spensive for you..
I skipped buying it pre-mixed and just bought the crystals, the end oil I made lasted a long time. Maybe that's more up your alley.
Or raid your back yard, your results from that adventure are likely to give a lot better results than buying off the 'netski. ;-)
