I'm going to guess, that you sometimes eat a type of trail mix?
Nothing there is a parasite, but the fact you slept in a swine dwelling leads me to suspect that you may indeed have an infection.

Most parasites are microscopic, and certainly difficult to make identification.

Have you ever been jaundiced?
