Heavy Duty Probiotics

Increasing your good bacteria will help you absorb more nutrition and boost your immune system.

The more toxic you are, the harder it is for these helpful bacteria to live.

Toxic means you lack minerals, which these guys eat. And toxic also means- you are acidic, which is the opposite terrain that these guys like to live in.

When you find a great probiotic, you will know they are working if your pooper gets even better!

I start every day with a couple cups of lime or lemon in very warm water.

This cleans the liver after a hard night of detox work. It also helps good bacteria grow because limes are full of oxygen, but they also flourish because they eat minerals, which fruit and veggies are full of.

It helps kill off parasites and bad bacteria because of acidity.

There are many foods like citrus that are acidic when we eat them, but their ash, or by-product after metabolism, is full of minerals. They are therefore alkaline.

If you're still having problems pooing, having warm water first thing in the morning will probably help you 'go'.

I drink several cups of warm water before meals and snacks. This helps with digestion because digestive juices are a large part water.

If I am thirsty, but have been drinking water, I pay attention to what I ate in the last few hours.

Thirst means there's too many toxins in your system and your body needs to dilute it. Perhaps you ate too many foods or drinks that were poisonous to the body.

Salt, Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and Sugar are major culprits, along with animal products and grains.

Colourless pee has no smell?

There's a theme here: nothing about us should smell after we detox!

Interestingly, when my PH drops, I always have yellow pee.

If you haven't increased your 60 minerals yet, don't increase your water. You will just pee out the last of what you have. And don't increase your water if you're still drinking fluoride and chlorine. You have to fix these problems first.

So when you see clear pee, congratulate yourself for taking such good care of your poor kidneys and liver.

Colonics:

This cleans out the garbage build-up that you are absorbing and re-absorbing, and has been adding to your ageing.

This can be very useful.

At this point, if you really are pooing very well, you may not need to do this.

But I mention this point because of my own circumstances. Even before I got sick, I have always had problem with my colon. So even though, green juicing helped me become regular, all that extra debris was probably still in there, for my whole life!

But you have to make that decision yourself.

Home colonics sound crazy and a wee bit scary, right?

Well, in nature there is a natural colonic we miss out on. We are supposed to be eating fruit and veggies right off the tree, vine or ground. It is covered in good bacteria, and is full of biological water.

We eat these foods in abundance because they are in season. This water and bacteria is supposed to regularly get us squeaky clean inside.

But that's not happening.

Very few people have these natural resources year round.

So what happens is, the colon becomes impacted with old waste. The whole colon, yes, all 4-6 feet of it is supposed to empty itself.

That's a very long poo!

As you clean out your colon of it's old debris, and your diet changes to higher good bacteria and biological water, the colon will squish it's entire length in one sitting. Yes, you will be in for an amazing shock, but a good one!

It just means that it's working properly, maybe for the first time in your life.

On top of that, when your diet changes, it will be green or purple, not brown. Hopefully, you've seen this change already, because of green juicing.

Most people are happy if they go the washroom once a day, and it is usually just a few inches long.
But that's NOT a healthy colon that will make you gorgeous.

In a museum, I once saw a display of preserved poo. You can find almost anything in a museum...

One was a huge pile of green poo from someone on a traditional diet of mostly plants in Africa. It was thinner, not fat, and you could see the two corners of where the colon bends up, across, and down.

The other was of a North American poo.

It was dry, hard, brown and a few inches long, and very wide in diameter. This poo must have been very hard to push out.

So the African poo must have been like pushing out toothpaste.
And the North American poo must have been like having a baby!

Ok, well not quite. But you understand- there's a BIG difference.

The modern diet, lacking in fibre, good bacteria, and biological water, means what goes in, doesn't come out. It accumulates, toxins build up and we poison ourselves into a slow death.

Interestingly, monkeys, who have a very similar digestive system, can poo at will on their enemies.

So it looks like they are ready to poo whenever they want too. Humans on a modern diet, spend much time in the bathroom, often with a book, and at a specific time in the morning...

Just one more thing about monkeys:
We have very similar digestive systems, but where do monkeys live?

Monkeys only live where they have fruit and vegetables year round. They never migrated somewhere else, and changed their diet.

It's only humans that have gone to other areas where they don't have fresh fruit and veggies year round.

It makes you think...
Maybe we are supposed to live in a very tropical place :)

So if you decide that you would like to really clean out your colon, before you start, look at pictures on the internet of a colon.

From your pooper, it goes up your left side
- called the descending colon,
across under your ribs
- called transverse colon,
then back down your right side
- called ascending colon,
to attach to your small intestine.

parasites live where the ascending part of the colon meets the small intestine. This is where you want the water to get to.

This will wash away parasites and their nests.

You will be shocked seeing what has been in there for possibly years. No wonder our colon makes mucus to prevent us from over-toxifying. We'd all be dead.

There is merit in going to a professional colonic technician for people who are perhaps extremely ill, and can't do it for themselves.

I had it done once. I found it extremely un-natural.

They actually keep an instrument in your body so they can add water AND allow you to poop.

So you're pooping with an instrument in your body, AND you're lying on a bed.

Very, VERY weird!

I knew the principle of cleaning out was good, but didn't like using a metal instrument that was used on other people. I don't care if it's sterilized. It's not for me.

Having an instrument in you for an hour, is not at all comfortable.

On top of the high price, water barely cleaned out the left side of my colon. I think at the rate professional colonics were cleaning me out, I would have spent 100's of dollars to do a complete job.

As well, many professional colonic techies just use tap water, which may have fluoride and chlorine if that is what your city adds.

Also, the technician can't feel what is happening in your body. Only you can feel what is too much pressure from water.

But there is a much easier way. Do it yourself.

Just buy 2oz catheter syringes from a medical supply store. They are just plastic pumps and of course they don't have a needle.

Then you can just squirt water into your body 2oz at a time, barely even touching the body without any discomfort.

Best yet, you can take a hot candlelit bath, watch a movie, and take as long as you need.
Squirting water, 2oz at a time is like an enema. Almost anybody can do that!

I use a square plastic container that fits easily on the tub. Use warm non-fluoride, non-chlorine water.

Let water run up your left side of the colon- the descending colon, up towards your ribs, by tilting your pelvis up. Then turn onto your right side so the water runs through your transverse colon, then to the right side of your colon - the ascending colon.

Remember, this is where parasites live.

Massage your torso as the water moves deeper towards this place where the large and small intestine meet.

Keep adding 2oz at a time, as much as is comfortable- massaging, tilting your pelvis up, then lying on your right side. Keep moving the water along. Use the washroom when you need to.

If you are very impacted with debris, the water may only go a few inches, before you feel like you have to go to the washroom.

Take your time, and do as much as is comfortable. In an hour, you may only wash out the descending and transverse colon, using the washroom 1/2 dozen times.

When your colon is clean, and diet changes, you will be able to clean the whole 4-6 feet of colon in an hour or less. It's because your whole colon will squish at once. That's when you know it's toned, and it KNOWS what it's job is all about.

Now here's the real secret.

I did home colonics for almost a year. It got rid of so much mucus, and rotted food.

I felt better very quickly. My sleep improved, my thoughts cleared, my constipation improved.

But what I didn't learn until just a few months ago, was the benefits of food grade 10% hydrogen peroxide in the colonic water.

It is important to note this is not hydrogen peroxide you buy from a drugstore. That stuff has stabilizers in it that are toxic. This food grade hydrogen peroxide is found in health food stores.

Before use, one must educate themselves. There are so many books written on it's use.

Because h2o2 has oxygen in it, it kills anaerobic bacteria.

It is used in restaurants to clean produce. It is sprayed on raw meats to control bad bacteria. This h2o2 is just putting back what nature already has. Rainwater and moving water in rivers, and even wells, are full of h2o2.

But tap water has no contact with air, so it doesn't accumulate that extra oxygen molecule. As well, adding chlorine destroys the last of the oxygen.

I use a dropper full of food grade 10% h2o2 in the water (about 15 drops to about 2 litres of water). When I started doing this, suddenly dead parasites started passing.

It's as easy as that.

Expect that you may not have anything to poo out the next morning.

When you see how much mucus you pass, you will understand how eating the wrong food affects your body. Your body makes mucus to protect itself from irritating acidic foods and medicines.

If you eat only what the human body was meant to eat, no more mucus. As time goes by this will be a good gauge for how happy and healthy your colon is:

No more mucus, and just great poops!

It is important to continue with the highest quality probiotic. And the 10% food grade h2o2 will help the good bacteria grow even faster, while destroying all anaerobic bacteria.

You have to decide when and how often to do a colonic. Not too often, because you do wash away good bacteria.

The best thing about a squeaky clean colon is it becomes so toned and strong. With nothing sticking to it for years, it becomes strong like it was meant to be.

I now only do a colonic when I have a toxic headache or I ate something and my body is telling me something is wrong.

It's wonderful to have a happy pooper, for the first time in my life!
