The last couple days, my lungs, and muscles are so much stronger. I can now do the program in 18 minutes, 2x a day.

The butt exercises that used to hurt, are now comfortable :)

I excited to measure on Sunday!

The best part is that all that o2 is cleaning me out. My eyes look much bluer, and whites are whiter.
