I saw a Hygienist today, first time for this one and she was friendly, so that is a good start.
She commented 3 times that there was no plaque so well done and keep doing what you are doing.

She also said there was very little Tartar, just tiny deposits on the inside of the bottom front teeth.

No bleeding on probing the gums, gums tight to the teeth so I can only assume the oil pulling since September has helped my oral health and that my homemade toothpaste is not doing my teeth any harm.
