Lots of products not enough clever diet.

Have you looked into TMAU?

It's a little confusing because you report both urine and fecal odor.

My first guess is that what you are eating/supplementing is less important than what's already inside you. So you need to be as aggressive as you can with cleansing without becoming too weak.

You can try supplementing silica/bamboo/horsetail/DE instead of juicing for a break.

Not eating during the week is a terrible idea. Better to suffer through the whispers than do that to your body.

Do you sweat normally? too much? not enough?

Sauna is the first thing I would recommend.

Cholorphyl from fresh green juice, not from bottles.

Charcoal if it doesn't dry you out. You might need to take 10-50x the normal doses though. If it constipates you don't take it.

Do sulfur foods make you smell worse?

If not then try making your own fermented cabbage drink or beet kvass to get proper probiotics in. I would increase your raw foods intake as much as possible provided that it doesn't make you worse.

If you are constipated, which it sounds like you are in spades then that should be the first priority. Make sure you go at least once per day to start then work up to 3x....

More parasite cleansing, more intestinal cleansing, more magnesium, fungal cleanse, more probiotics, prebiotics (inulin, fennel, cooked onion, cooked vegetables)

Have you gone gluten free?

How is your weight? under/over/normal?

Body temperature? low/high?

I think you can increase your coconut fat intake by a lot. Switch to coconut cream and see if it's better than oil.

Magnesium glycinate 3-4x per day 3-400mg

Fresh pineapple juice 1-2 liters per day maybe 1-2 times per week. Eat lots of ripe papaya. If you do ok with citrus eat a lot of those too, orange, lemon, kiwi, etc.

Maybe a niacin flush to see what happens.

L. Salivarius and or soil based probiotics are good for munching gut plaque, but I think they even might be off the market now, not sure.

Have you tried raw milk?

I think if you can tolerate being a raw vegan your smell will eventually go away, but it's not a good diet for everyone.

Done any liver flushes?
