Thank you so much for letting us know about bicarb soda enemas! They have made an enormous difference and I can see the candida come out of me. I have been suffering for about 10 years and my brain fog, anxiety is beginning to disappear.

I also do something else which helps get great results in regards to candida.
I do the Dr. Daniels protocol of Turpentine and Sugar an hour before the enemas.When I do this i see so much more candida as well as parasites come out.

I always go overboard on my detox lol I have been doing 30 enemas a day with 9 tablespoons of bicarb soda. The difference has been incredible.
