For now stop all Sugar such as desserts, bread, milk, soda, rice, and potatoes.

Drink only water to keep system flushed

Eat spinach or kale daily as internal deodorant and to nourish body.

Stop all fried foods

Do a parasite cleanse ASAP: Neem capsules, olive leaf extract, echinacea and goldenseal

Replace good bacteria: Greek yogurt, eat lots of sauerkraut from refigerated section

Continue on grapefruit extract. What brand u taking? It needs to be bitter to work.

My Body Odor has improved abt 80%...in another month I will be 100% cured. The parasite cleanse and replacing my gut with good bacteria has really helped.
