Garlic is one of the most effective pathogen killers in the herb world (black seed is another). In general terms, garlic is not known for killing parasites but rather other organisms such as bacteria.

Most of the images resemble mucoid plaque which can form from infections such as bacteria. However the ovoid image at the left side (outside of the plate) could resemble a fluke like organism. The centered image (outside the plate) looks like it has a tapered end. Nematodes generally have tapered ends.
