I've been in remission with steady remicade infusions. My stool is thinner than it used to be, and I've concluded thats due to a minor stricture somewhere in my intestinal tract. I am aware of the side effects but my main worry is that the stricture will get worse if I have a couple more flares and eventually need surgery. My symptoms become slightly worse at the end of each remicade interval when I've extended my treatments so I know that I'm not ready to go off completely. Once I clear up my dysbiosis, kill off any parasites and company, and rebuild my immune system, then I'll try to go off remicade again. Happy holidays and all the best!
