Moxi can be used as a pause button at higher levels, but is only a timeout or CNS deep tissue clear.
It is a designer antiparasitic, like IVM, FenBen, are safer, have acceptable dosing ranges, and good broad spectrum results.

6 months on FenBen without breaking the loop (a diminishing of each cycle) means your infection is not converging.
More fire power is needed to get each cycle down on each 20 - 30 day birth. I do this by controlling more stages. IVM, ALB.
Nitrogen is removed faster using Arginase Bladder and nPPZ natural piperazine Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa 12:1 or 35% Nutricargo teaspoons in yogurt AM/PM.
Sulfur is a spectrum (favors you more than them, Magnesium Sulfate, MSM and baking soda in distilled water, Garlic, Manganese Sulfate, Berberine Sulfate, etc.
Ions are controlled using select antioxidants, Mineral supplement 2X normal Now Foods 3771, Trace metal spectrum, Banana, CQ10, Orange juice. Natural Calcium(s) butter, yogurt, cream, etc give the body plenty of ability to tolerate acids, and remove extra electrons via mineral salts.
Eggs and blood proteins are lowered by a teaspoon Papain 2000usp AM/PM in cranberry juice.
Enzyme supply is maintained with B50 and liver cytrophin.
Amino food Spirulina powder in Greek Yogurt, L carnitine, an egg per day, Vitamin E, Oils fix lipid chemistry.
Liver and kidney support help with choline, KGP flush in cranberry, watermelon.
I use a multiprong approach, including either or and DEC and PPZ as Larvacides to force L1,L2 stage replication rate down. These low and slow or challenge levels help flush the dominant infection out, flat or round. If flat worms are present, they must be eliminated, there is no way around the liver/digestion problems they cause, removing round worms are predicate upon the removal of flatworms.
Complicated Nematode infections need a dual approach. Short runs or low dose OXBen (limited DEC dose) or OXF will clear the senior adults that make the Nematode infection persist. I put most of my meds in fruit on the bottom yogurt.
Then mop-up.
Fighting parasites takes levels to peel away layers, like an onion, in situations where there is a complicated infection.
I have found naturals for bacterial and yeast control important, while you kill parasites, they release their intestine microbes, and smaller parasites.
There are probably several strategies for getting stable, then extinguishing the infection.
The largest improvements are obtained by maintaining a high oxygen environment. Selenium, Sulfur(s) High Ion environment, using the citric cycle, and accelerated urea cycle lower stress.
Keeping the immune system at a low point of inflammation helps as well.
The meds just are there to kill from cycle to cycle. It took me about 4 months to get the infection to virtually 0, which was many more cycles than I expected. Yes they fight harder the more you threaten them.
Now I use low dose OXF and OXBen to keep Strongyles and Ascaris in a loosing position. Within weeks Nests, Adults, and births are at 0.
While meds help attenuate the infection, no success can be achieved without a Probiotic rich environment, lipid oils in balance, bad bacteria attenuated through proper levels of trace metals, Bacteria clearing using DOXY, Copper citrate, SO4 2- (from the oxy meds) Oil of Oregano, yeasts, mushrooms, Beta Glucan.
In this low Gut leaky environment, Immune system working for you, parasite killing is strait forward.
Just need to control a few more aspects of the infection.
Low dose meds work better than high dose meds in the following way.
1) less stress on membranes and organs
2) hit the life cycle they are intended to hit, with less stress.
3) Longer dosing terms can be tolerated without burnout, or relying on one med to much.
I stay way below NOEL no observable effect level for antiparasitics.
I tend to use a few more antiparasitics, getting broader coverage.
Relying on just one med, when parasites have 6 or 7 stages, will not work. It may give you a time out, but will not draw down the infection in a better day by day experience.
