I think your 2nd photo looks like a round worm casing. The worm has been digested.
There are many new postings in the parasite RX forum written by a medical professional which I think you will find interesting and helpful. The poster is "Medical NOS".
This is the 1st time that I'm aware of where a medical person has written so much useful information on the subject of parasites. Check it out!
