No not yet. I have been doing treatment with herbs first for 3 months but it did nothing and since april doing meds. I have disseminated infections so it takes a bit longer. But i am getting better.
I would not recommend Black-Walnut and cloves for longer than 2-3 weeks at the time as they are neuro toxic. Look up other protocols or make your own and rotate them.
With naturals it is very helpful to switch treatments every month or so. Look up mizmac on this forum who has done a successful natural protocol and he alternated protocols often. He documented it here on a blog as well. In his recent posts you will find the link.
The diet should be very clean meaning no additives and fully organic with enough variation. You should maintain this for life as a prevention. Pesticides, gmos and other environment toxins completely distort intestinal flora and gut lining and lead to inflammation and immune stress. Natural sugars are ok like fruits, honey and whole carbs. I dont recommend any processed foods and no chocolate. Do everything with moderation. It is mainly because additives and bad foods overload the detox system (kidney, liver, lymph) which are already clogged up with parasite shit. Fungus and bad bacterias are the ones that cause bad cravings of Sugar and carbs and not worms particularly. Therefore not feeding them is always wise. As the parasite load reduces so do cravings. Coffee, steroids, hormones, stimulants and alcohol, drugs are a big no no. I do go out with friends sometimes but drink soft drinks or water, there is no offence. I have mentioned this before but say it again the 2 most important factors are persistence and listening to yourself.
