Everyone is different. You have to find what works for you. You don't have to keep up the diet for ever. ONce you have eliminated your parasites, the quarterly cleanses will kill anything new or strays from the last infestation.
I don't have the ability to digest beans and legumes at this point. I, like many others, developed gut issues after doing an extensive parasite cleanse. A parasite cleanse is basically poisoning yourself to kill the parasites. It damaged my gut and I have to work at repairing it. I get some bloating and gas but overall I feel terrific.
