Accept that parasites are easy to get and that a regular maintenance program of cleansing is vital to stay healthy. Stop the paranoia but take reasonable precautions. If you eat out and don't trust the salad, eat cooked veggies. Go out with your friends and have a cranberry spritzer or something similar. I find that friends who don't drink are more fun anyway. They are present, healthy and happy. We have a culture that says that to have fun we have to drink. It's a crappy culture.
Dr. Andreas Kalcker recommends a cleanse every 4 months. Most traditional cultures did a de-worming at least once a year.
Avoid toxins from non organic food and drink. Drink spring water for the minerals and lack of chlorine and fluoride. Eat a balanced diet avoiding processed, refined foods. Eat as much variety as you can get with an emphasis on vegetables with colors. Make your plate a colorful palette of deep greens, oranges, reds and purples. Find the sensual pleasure in food again thru color, taste, texture, smell and wholesomeness. Eat good fats and enjoy life.
If you have been doing a lot of parasite cleansing, you may have a disrupted gut. Drink bone broth and do research on leaky gut. You have to take the time to repair the damage that both the parasites and the cleanse did. Go slow and have patience.
