I cleansed in the past and released a lot of bright white thick mucus in my stool (either candida or mucoid plaque)

I know coffee enemas are recommended for leaky gut and candida but I've heard that they don't target mucoid plaque?

Where to start and is it a good idea to use enema if Gallstones and parasites suspected?
