I've had skin parasites personally, still have a few, and it is my belief that parasite meds are a big help. After months of using albendazole and ivermectin, I came to realize a low dose of albendazole worked well (say 200-400 mg/day).

The sores you are experiencing are more than likely infections caused by the dying parasites. Some of ICU's other protocols (link is included in the above protocol) recommend taking Bactrim at first and then switching to Doxycycline to help with these infections.
