It could be many things causing your problems, some parasites are common, usually more than 1 type. It could be bacterial, fungus or many other related dysbiosis.
parasite cleanses are good but some products can be dangerous in a way that they might drive anything that is in your guts out of there,to other parts of your body.
You should fish out any suspicious items from your stool and wash them, place on a white background and make a good close up photo so the details can be seen. Post it here so people can help identifying them.
