Though I would post again just incase it helps anyone, I finished my round of Natures answer Black-Walnut tincture and Wormwood , I plan on leaving for a week and starting on it again.
It's quite surreal at the moment but for the last 4 days the pressure in my temples upon awakening which I've had now for about a year or more has disappeared which I had thought has been down to teeth grinding my jaw feels great and I'm sleeping better, I'm seeing white stringy bits in my poo,

I'm still having heart palpations after eating and wondering now if it is down to parasites I might order something a bit stronger and see if it helps
