For some folks it takes many flushes back to back to get stones out that are in the liver which it sounds like what you are dealing with. Taking olive leaf will kill pathogens/ parasites which have to be filtered by the liver. If the liver is already under stress from stones this may cause more pain from a heavier load for the liver to process.
