I treat chronic constipation issue with oral magnesium supplementation, it does wonder to me. Better than none.

Recently Ive been doing Liver Flush, while prepping for parasite Cleanse (I suspected myself having Ropewoms after high enemas). No significant improvement yet. Pls share with us your take on parasite Cleanse.
