There are many mixed reviews on how to treat this. Have read about treatments only with meds and also some with meds and naturals.
You have to see what works for you.
Therre have been posters here before who have done the triple treatment and for some it worked.
Google around about it.

I also have b. hominis. The only thing that came back positive with all my stool tests. I have many other systemic worm infections too. Blasto will kill your immune system so there are many other pathogens that can set up home in your intestines. Work on your immune system at the same time with treatment. Super clean diet helps. Lots of good fats, like coconut oil, olive oil and full fat butter. You should avoid all kinds of supplements with iron, completely. Take spinach or other natural iron sources instead.
I know for sure alinia works well because it inhibits iron uptake, which feeds these things. I am now taking it a lot for my adult roundworms and it seems to help with b hominis too. I think the cure rate is higher though with combinations. Remember blasto encysts itself too. It is a tough one so you may need to repeat treatment. I would scan for other invaders like bacteria, yeast and worms, likely you have others there, cobsidering your life threatening condition. So if treatment will not cure you, think targeting other parasites (worms, bacteria etc).
