I have never done charcoal and do not know how it would help die off symptoms. Charcoal is used to absorb poisons that are in the digestive tract. Die off symptoms come from dead and dying parasites through out your body. The charcoal would probably stop the meds from working by absorbing them before they enter the system.

I know it is awful but it does pass. Most people just cut back on the meds a little to reduce the die off. You are actually getting way more sleep than I am.
