Hi Aerose,

I found out about it on here. I just looked but haven't found the original post. It's the same Liver Flush except you just start in the morning.

The person who did it had great results and didn't like the night before flushing, said she always threw up that way and didn't like sleeping with a stomach full of bile, so she started the process in the morning and I decided that sounded better to me.

The only thing is the liver is most active at 10pm, but my first morning flush was quite successful, second not so much, but now I've been parasite cleansing and hope to do another morning Liver Flush tomorrow or Saturday.
