Sorry to hear u are battling these parasites. I doubt anyone could answer your question abt treating a 5 mo old baby. I would do what the doctor says. The docs in America arent any better in treating or diagnosing this than those in a third world country. In fact u are probably better off with a 3rd world doc! Docs in america seldom will even diagnose parasites and rarely treat them either. In America expecialy, the doctors are unwilling to learn abt this disease and its basicaly uncurable once theyve moved out of the colon and become very large. Mattk3 & ICU both have good protocols which involve albendazole, praziquantel and sometimes ivermectin, but the amount u need to take is taxing on the body. Again i wld listen to your babys doctor.
