Wow, thank you for that! I guess I might have gotten some more out over this full moon but I haven't noticed.

Congratulations on the wonderful results with your health - I will try to time my things more with the lunar cycles. I did buy a pineapple today and ate some.

It sounds like you have better muscular development as well. I would guess that when we are able to assimilate more nutrients instead of feeding parasites, it will help many areas of health.

I'm taking DE, but was thinking about the P&B shakes only with ground flax instead of psyllium because I don't like to take psyllium.

Did you do anything to get rid of mucoid plaque? I'm thinking if I could get that out, then the parasites wouldn't have a place to hide. I've ordered okra pepsin, but from Swanson, so I'm not sure how that will work.

Thank you again, you just gave me hope and some great ideas! I don't like fasting, used to do it a lot, but I will try it again based on your results.
