Many of your symptoms can be related to celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Often people with this develop other allergies to milk, soy, peanuts, yeast etc. You will need to get tested to see what you are sensitive to or do an Elimination Diet and try to narrow it down. the constant inflammation causes the gut to get leaky. Malabsorbtion is also common. Once you eliminate the offenders you can work on healing with amino acid supplements, extra l glutamine and Iodine help to heal intestinal permeability. parasite also may be involved because when immunity is compromised they settle in.
