Hi, my friend Frankie has just started the parasite cleanse but is having trouble. Can you help plse. She writes:- Here is a list of symptoms I experienced during and after the parasite cleanse: (I even reduced the dose slightly on days 4, 5 and 6 but my symptoms worsened).

- Pains under ribs worse after eating.
- Facial oedema
- Raised lumps on my arms
- Headaches
- Red, itchy and swollen eyes – histamine build-up
- Blocked nose
- Swollen lips
- Dry mouth and bad taste
- Abdominal oedema
- Chronic fatigue – unable to get out of bed
- Liver pains / pain under ribs
- Fibromyalgia
- Swollen joints
- Irritability
- Depression / low mood
I believe it was too much for my liver to process, considering I already have liver dysfunction. I feel as though my kidneys and liver were not able to flush the amount of toxins out that the supplements were killing off.
I have been told in the past that the reason for my chronic itchy eyes is due to toxins in my blood, not just allergies. Therefore, if during the parasite cleanse I was unable to filter out the ammonia, once again my blood became overloaded with toxins and the above symptoms I suffered with for years returned.
Also, it is suspected that I have a salicylate intolerance. Wormwood , cloves and walnut hulls are all high in salicylates. This could have perhaps caused my reactions.
