I have been thinking of the no laundry access, water being expensive and the use of poisons.
What comes to mind now I have some more information is that you need to bag everything except the essentials that can be boiled in hot water, cover the chair you use if it is cloth with plastic. use the borax on the carpets and under the sheets on the bed and then cover with plastic then a clean sheet that you can boil on your stove.
The fumigation of infestations in the 1900's used clove, cinnamon, orange. They took the dried herbs and burned them into a smoke and smoked their homes. The combination is the same as thieves oil.http://www.easy-home-made.com/thieves_essential_oils.html
Now I am not saying use the oil which can be expensive, the dried herbs, leaves from eucalyptus, dried lemon peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, rosemary all can be found in trees, bushes or your grocery store. When dried in the oven on low 170-200 degrees you can then crush/powder them and add a burning agent with the mix, like candle wax or olive oil and put it in an old can to burn. This will create a smoke. Make sure that you do not use a lot in a small area because too much of a good thing has killed many people in the 1400's. Here is a link on how to make Incense. http://www.scents-of-earth.com/makyourownna.html
For all intent and purpose, a fumigation of said smoke was used in a holder of sorts with a chain attached so the can could be waved in a manner that evenly distributed the smoke. I think an old metal hanger could be used to holes punctured in a metal can and if you used a double insulated can (two cans, one inside the other) that would help so you didn't melt a hole in the can and burned your home down. Setting it on a cast iron pan or brick, may help. The point is. If being poor is preventing you some peace of mind. Then there are other methods to use. That have been used over a long time period. like this. https://books.google.com/books?id=Am5aAAAAIAAJ&pg=PA572&lpg=PA572&dq=old+fashioned+fumigation&source=bl&ots=GxmIjMNQoJ&sig=VmGVsrI3v72IAd0ik_VpubR0oGE&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiYwOu8-ZLNAhUBwWMKHdoXAwwQ6AEINDAC#v=onepage&q=old%20fashioned%20fumigation&f=false
Now, I am not saying for you to use cyanide, but the method of closing off a room with wet towels or paper to lock in the smoke in a room you are treating is a process of making it airtight. The treating the furniture is easy. Use borax and then cover with plastic. The borax on the carpets, works. You can vacuum beforehand then sprinkle down the borax and leave it on the floors for a few weeks. Wear slippers to protect your feet.
I think personally that you may be using too much poison on your body. I would make a very simple mix of boiled water, add salt. Any type. Himalayan is best, but any salt would work. The mix is something that needs to be adjusted. You want the water to be salty, but not too salty that it burns the skin. I am guessing 1/2 cup per 1-2 gallons. Now this is what I am thinking. If you scrub your skin beforehand with soap and small amount of powdered salt in small circles, until their is no biofilm on the skin, then soak the skin with the salt mix. I would start with the hands and just see how it affects your skin. After 30 minutes I then would rinse and air dry.
Boiling your water beforehand and then reusing the water by filtering it with a large coffee filter or paper towels in a large strainer into a bucket will allow you to reuse the salt water. You can boil it after you strain it and then reuse the water to wash floors and/or wash yourself again. I know it is a lot of work. But, Boiling is the only way I can think is affordable that will kill anything.
If you have a tea kettle you can boil it for steam and steam your brushes and articles of clothing that are small enough to steam over the small hole and builds enough pressure to steam. A pressure cooker would do the same thing if you have a small enough hose to attach to the exit hole/tube and you can steam articles that you can put near the pan. Steaming shoes is helpful, jackets that can not be washed. Steaming is amazing. If you could get your hands on a steamer. Anything that gets over 180 degrees would work.
Making your own enzymes from orange peels, lemon peels, pineapple, anything citrus. Add 1 cup brown Sugar and 1 teaspoon of yeast, add enough water to cover the rinds. I use my blender to cut everything up really fine. When you use yeast it cuts the time to 2 weeks instead of three months/90 days. Shake every day and express the air from the container so it doesn't explode. Then add a few drops of dishsoap as an emulsifier. Now you have the ability to kill most anything on yourself and your pets. the enzymes cut into the dna for insects, morgellon's, mites. It will take 3 weeks to work. but, I have to say it works. I keep a small bottle by the couch and apply it any time I feel movement and apply it to my scalp when I get reinfested after cleaning a new room. I have spray bottles that I used to spray couches and clothing I couldn't wash. Then I steam the rest.
If you have any weeds growing around outside, like goosefoot/lambs ear, dandelion you can make an enriched tea and drink to boost your iron and minerals that are needed in order to fight off the parasites. Goosefoot is very prolific where I live and I wonder what is prolific where you live, because there is always something that grows like a weed, is treated like a weed but is useful. Goosefoot is eaten in salads before the month of July, then it needs to be boiled twice before consuming because of the ACIDS from July on, but is very nutricious. Chenopodium/Goosefoot has been used as an natural parasite killer in the past.

Now by using herbs and leaves like thyme and rosemary. A powder can be made into a paste with a tea made of clove*not oil. Then applied to your hair and skin If you have access to eucalyptus add it to the powder mix. This paste will dye the fingernail beds, but it is a light tan color. 30 minutes a night or 1 hour every three days. Apply the paste everywhere and sit on plastic on the toilet and just wait. I promise you will find some relief. I have used this myself when I did not have poison, pills or drugs to help.
Native American Indian used Pine needle tea for its nutrients and for its worming properties. I think you need to know what type of trees, bushes, plants you have around you, near you, access to, via parks and doctor's offices, etc. Then research their value. Because I have to tell you, that you are surrounded by those things that will heal you.
I hope something helps.
btw, the ivermectin is used internally to kill the parasites. A external use of the blue liquid that has alcohol based can be used in lotions. But ICU recommends it can safely be drunken with coke cola and twist of lime. Personally, yucky, but I have drunken 3/4 bottle of rubbing alcohol as a teenager and it didn't kill me so I can safely say this for a fact about rubbing alcohol. Made me really sick and vomit, but still here. Follow the treatment dosing protocol. This way it can be internally used and externally. But, until you rid yourself of the external re-contamination it will be for not.
