I Know your pain. I had/have candida and parasites and my legs hurt all the time. Psoas muscle feels petrifide like my butt was falling off. Perineal spasms and all. Didn't have the pilonidal cyst.

Many parasites are transmitted by sexual contact. Strongoloids are the most common. Better go to the parasites RX forum and start reading. It gets worse if you don't act. Leg muscles spasm so bad you can barely walk. Not trying to scare you just trying to get you headed in the right direction. I wish someone would have done that for me.
