I'm planning on doing my first Liver Flush soon (I'm currently parasite cleansing) and there is a lot of different methods and suggestions. I've had a little look onto Andreas Moritz method.

Does anyone here know a plan I could follow (for a beginner). I thought this 'flush' was a once off kind-of-thing, but after having researched further I see many people have done this 3-4 times.

This is new to me. Can anyone point me to a program or plan I could follow once my parasite cleanse is finished?
