Susie, taking salt all the time can be dangerous, it can deplete your body of potassium and cause heart palpations etc.. and yes I have used it, but now when I do it I get the shakes..
Taking a tsp of Vitamin C until you have loose bowels is also another good one and at the same time it helps to cleans and heal.
I am trying turmeric to clean out a couple of parasites species which are two of the hardest to get rid of..
When they spray human faeces over food crops it is no wonder we are sicker as many of these parasites are hard to kill..
